1. Purpose of the App

 

Ask Ezra is an AI-powered Bible reference and study companion created by BibleX.ai Inc., designed to help users explore Scripture, access study notes, journal, and interact with biblical content through a contextual learning approach. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial, spiritual, and educational use only.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

3. Accounts

 

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

4. User Content

 

The App may allow you to submit notes, journal entries, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant BibleX.ai Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features to you. You agree not to upload or share unlawful, offensive, or harmful material.

 

5. Use of AI Features

 

The App includes AI-generated responses (such as the “Ask Ezra” feature). While BibleX.ai uses modern AI techniques and curated biblical, historical, and scholarly sources to inform these responses, all AI-generated content is provided for educational and study purposes only. Responses may not always be fully accurate, complete, or theologically exhaustive and should not be considered a substitute for pastoral guidance, professional counseling, or your own prayerful study of Scripture.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content, features, design, software, trademarks, and branding associated with the App are owned by BibleX.ai Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

 

7. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or prohibited purposes

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the App

• Impersonate others or infringe upon the rights of third parties

 

8. Privacy

 

Your use of the App is also governed by the BibleX.ai Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

9. Subscriptions and Payments

 

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and available plans are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

 

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
 

• Payment and renewal are handled by the respective app store provider

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings

• BibleX.ai does not manage billing or cancellations on your behalf

 

Any complimentary access or promotional periods are provided at BibleX.ai’s discretion and do not constitute a paid subscription.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BibleX.ai Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BibleX.ai Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.

 

12. Termination

 

BibleX.ai Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

 

13. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
